Actualització situació legal Enric
Últimes informacions de la situació legal de l'Enric:
- La resposta al recurs presentat per l'advocat en contra de la presó preventiva està tardant tant perquè no només la fiscalia podia al·legar coses en aquest recurs, sinó també 3 entitats financeres que havien denunciat a Madrid i a les quals es va haver de passar el recurs traduït al castellà.
- Avui era l'últim dia en què aquestes entitats podien pronunciar-se.
- Entre demà i dilluns el jutge ha de valorar les dues parts (recurs
advocat + possibles al·legacions al recurs que fiscalia o bancs hagin
presentat), i sortirà el resultat del recurs.
Això és tot de moment.

Latest news about Enric's legal situation:
- The answer to the appeal presented by the lawyer against the preventive imprisonment is taking more time because only the prosecutor's office might argue on this appeal, but also the 3 financial entities that had placed reports in Madrid and which had to have the appeal translated into Spanish.
- Today was the last day for these entities to pronounce themselves on this affair.
- Between tomorrow and Monday the judge shall evaluate both sides (appeal
lawyer + possible arguments to the appeal that the prosecutor or the banks might
have presented), and release the result of the appeal.
